Incentive Programs
We believe that our team members contribute to the overall success of the company and that everyone should share in these accomplishments. This is why we offer many incentive programs with the opportunity for team members to earn additional financial rewards. CWD has commission structures and bonuses based on core competencies for a number of departments. We are an environment that recognizes the accomplishments of our team and have a pay for performance structure to compliment this. Additionally, CWD awards team members a bonus for referrals of successful applicants to our organization.

Health Benefits
We are committed to the health and wellness of our team members and their families. CWD offers team members a comprehensive benefits package that includes health and dental coverage, out of country care, vision care, basic life insurance and accidental death and dismemberment insurance. Additionally, we offer a fitness reimbursement, encouraging team members to utilize health club memberships, fitness classes, sports teams or running clubs.

RRSP Program
We have recently introduced a pilot RRSP program for the management team, whereby CWD will match contributions up to $1000 per year for eligible team members in a DPSP to assist in planning for the future.

Learning & Development
At CWD, our team members are our greatest asset. We strongly believe in developing our team members on a professional and personal level. We offer an extensive orientation program whereby new hires have the opportunity to job shadow peers in various departments so they gain a big picture perspective. We provide all team members with the opportunity to further develop their skills during regular in-house training programs and feedback sessions. Additionally, we also offer a unique, in-house program designed to prepare exceptional team members for management roles. Continuous learning outside of the organization is encouraged and educational reimbursements are offered for up to $1000 annually.

Service Awards
We take pride in celebrating our team member’s loyalty and commitment to the organization. We recognize team member’s length of service on a yearly basis for their hard work and dedication to the company.

Awards of Excellence
Semi-annual awards are given to those team members who have demonstrated one or more of CWD’s core values which include development, innovation, efficiency, integrity, and ownership.

Teambuilding Activities
A team environment is encouraged through participation in company paid lunches to brainstorm ideas and discuss work related topics outside of the office setting. CWD holds a total of four (4) “Corporate Team Events” on an annual basis, to encourage teamwork and collaboration among team members and to support various fundraising events for the charities we support.

Social Responsibility
CWD supports fundraising activities for Crime Stoppers Niagara, the Children’s Miracle Network, Plan International Canada, Project SHARE, the McMaster Children’s Hospital and Hamilton Health Sciences.
